7+ years supporting enterprise IT or workplace platforms, with 5+ years hands on in Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of:
- M365 suite (Exchange Online, Share Point Online, One Drive, Teams)
- Entra ID identity, roles, conditional access, MFA
- Intune/Endpoint Manager for Windows, mac OS, and mobile devices
- Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud Apps
- DLP, compliance, e Discovery, sensitivity labels
- Strong Power Shell scripting and automation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to operate production environments with high security and uptime requirements.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery.
