7+ years supporting enterprise IT or workplace platforms, with 5+ years hands on in Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of:
M365 suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
Entra ID identity, roles, conditional access, MFA
Intune/Endpoint Manager for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud Apps
DLP, compliance, eDiscovery, sensitivity labels
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
Demonstrated ability to operate production environments with high security and uptime requirements.
Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery.
Desirable:
Microsoft certifications (MS‑102, Teams Engineer, Security Administrator).
