We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support our growing factory and office IT operations.

Job Responsibilities
Perform basic installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows OS for end-user devices (laptops/desktops).
Provide daily IT support, including software installation, user account setup, and peripheral device troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot basic network issues such as switch port connectivity, IP configuration, and Wi-Fi access problems.
Assist in maintaining local network infrastructure, including switches, access points, and structured cabling.
Monitor system and network health; escalate incidents to regional/global IT teams when necessary.
