Infrastructure Engineer

Glow is looking for a hands‑on Infrastructure Engineer to support and evolve our technology landscape. This role will work closely with active and upcoming projects, ensuring our IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable. You will operate primarily as an individual contributor, while collaborating closely with internal teams, clients and studios.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and improve Glow’s IT infrastructure standards, including security, performance, and reliability.
• Manage and administer local and global IT infrastructure, covering servers, networks, storage, and end‑user systems.
• Provide technical oversight for complex systems, ensuring resiliency, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Partner with internal teams, clients and studios to ensure infrastructure alignment and technical clarity.
