Key Responsibilities

• Install, customize, support, and maintain z/OS and associated IBM/third-party products.
• Administer SMP/E product installs and manage Broadcom ESP installations and maintenance.
• Debug system and application dumps using IPCS and Abend-aid tools.
• Maintain documentation for all OEM software products and coordinate with vendors for system support.
• Lead issue diagnosis and resolution for software/hardware problems, including highly complex or critical incidents.
• Provide technical consultation to business application teams and support disaster recovery plans and exercises.
• Work with infrastructure teams to establish and maintain operational standards.
• Provide 24x7 rotational on-call technical support.
• Install/customize and maintain GDPS elements within the environment.
• Train and guide junior staff members.
