Role: Infrastructure Managed Services Presales

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth technical assessments of customer environments to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
• Create and deliver technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architectures.
• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product training and knowledge transfer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Must have excellent relations with OEMs and their sales and presales team to get , the best support.
