NOC Engineer – Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Officer (Construction) who will monitor and coordinate network-related activities for construction and telecom projects. This individual must possess excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Technical support: Ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure in construction and telecom projects by identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
• Incident management: Identify, document, document technical issues related to network performance as well as devise strategies for improvement.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or Networking. 3-5 years of relevant experience is necessary along with knowledge of best practices in IT service delivery.
