About the company: A prominent player in the insurance services sector, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Tokyo. This position presents an
exciting opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of server-related projects within one of the largest server infrastructures in Global Japanese insurance companies.

Why Open: We have over 200 server-related projects planned for 2024, and we are expanding our team. We are looking for four motivated individuals to handle two projects each, starting in Q1. These projects encompass new provisioning, replacements, end-of-life (EOL), automation, and more. Project
assignments will be based on the skills and experience of the selected candidates.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Requirement Gathering: Collecting and analyzing project requirements.
2. Coordination: Collaborating with Linux and Windows teams for seamless project execution.
3. Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising with GIB, POJ, PGF, and PGIM (insurance companies)
for project alignment.
4. Budget Management: Efficiently managing project budgets.
5. Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans.
6. Execution: Overseeing end-to-end project execution.
7. Server Infrastructure Maintenance: Depending on the candidate's skill set, involvement in server infrastructure maintenance.

Skills:
1. Project Management Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure server
project management, with a preference for end-to-end project management.
2. Server Design, Build, and Maintenance (as an engineer): Minimum 3 years of experience in the design, build,
and maintenance of various servers, including Linux, Unix, and Windows systems.
3. Language Proficiency: Native-level Japanese proficiency is required, and proficiency in English is a plus.
