We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Liaison (Infrastructure Resources) with a strong background in handling residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing regulatory and approval processes with relevant authorities and demonstrate a proven ability to navigate complex compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage liaison activities for residential infrastructure projects across designated regions.
Build and maintain relationships with key government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless approvals and compliance.
Monitor and ensure adherence to all applicable local, state, and national regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and requirements effectively.
Experience & Expertise:
Minimum 5 years of experience in liaison work, with a focus on residential projects.
Thorough understanding and proven expertise in engaging with regulatory authorities in relevant regions.
Preferred Regions & Authorities:
Delhi/Noida: Hands-on experience dealing with authorities like MDMC, MCD, RERA, and Delhi RERA.
Uttar Pradesh/Noida: Strong track record of working with Noida and Lucknow authorities.
