  • Provide technical operations support to clients on supported application, DevOps, middleware, security and infrastructure. Following a client standard workflow
  • Provide Application ID management support. 
  • Provide infrastructure elasticity by auto scaling up/down of resources based on the business requirements

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Technical understanding of Client platform (PaaS), HA infrastructure and load balancers.
