Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot servers, storage, and network-related problems, including on-site diagnosis, isolation, assessment, and preventive maintenance.
• Test and evaluate new server hardware, network operating systems, and software releases; recommend appropriate solutions and products to customers.
• Maintain a high-level technical expertise by staying updated with server technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in a Computer-related field.
• Should have at least three years of related technical experience, including a minimum of one year as a Service Engineer.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Willing to be assigned in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
