Description GSPANN is hiring an experienced Infrastructure Support Manager to lead IT infrastructure operations, manage server and endpoint environments, and ensure performance, security, and compliance across systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, MDM, and team leadership.Manage and maintain Windows servers and workstations, ensuring performance, security, and availability meet operational standards. Oversee the virtualization environment by installing, configuring, and maintaining the VMware infrastructure. Configure, secure, and maintain endpoints such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across the organization. Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to control and protect mobile assets in compliance with organizational policies. Deploy, configure, and manage software applications efficiently to ensure consistency across systems. Use SolarWinds to monitor network health, optimize performance, and resolve infrastructure issues proactively. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, offering guidance, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating training as needed. Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Bring 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Hold certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP). Have experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Understand ITIL or other IT service management (ITSM) frameworks. Demonstrate expertise in Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, endpoint management, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Possess hands-on experience with SolarWinds or comparable network monitoring tools. Show proven ability in leadership and team management. Exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills. Adapt quickly to fast-paced and dynamic IT environments.
