About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Infrastructure Technical Writer to drive the creation of clear, concise, and high‑quality documentation for enterprise‑class infrastructure and cloud platforms. This role is critical in enabling global operations and engineering teams to support complex systems with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Research and analyze requirements for new infrastructure builds across data center and cloud environments.
Develop and maintain detailed Visio diagrams illustrating network connectivity, transaction flows, and system components.
Partner with project managers to define documentation strategies and timelines.
