Position Summary: We're seeking an Infrastructure Workplace Platform Engineer III to join our team in supporting our end-user operating systems and strengthen our enterprise printing environment. You'll be part of the End User Services team responsible for the end-user computing estate-Windows desktops/laptops, OS deployment, endpoint policies, knowledge base/ticket workflows, and reporting.<br />

Endpoint Engineering & Support<br />
<br />
Manage desktop OS support (Windows 10/11, MacOS) and computer & user policy management (GPO/Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, baselines).<br />
Focusing on ticket triage, escalations, & partnering with business associates to isolate and resolve issues, identify problem trends, and perform knowledge base upkeep in Service Now.<br />
Contribute to endpoint hygiene, security hardening, and patch/compliance initiatives<br />
Maintain documentation, run books, and KBs.<br />
Create status dashboards & reports (Excel/PowerPoint) and deliver clear progress updates to managers/directors.<br />

Printing Environment<br />
<br />
Support and enhance enterprise print services including Canon uni FLOW and Lexmark Mark Vision, drivers, queues, secure print, and print server policies.<br />
Monitor fleet health, optimize configurations, coordinate firmware updates, and reduce print-related incidents.<br />
Produce print metrics (uptime, incidents, volume, cost trends) and implement improvements.<br />

Communication & Collaboration<br />
<br />
Create concise presentations, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries.<br />
Coordinate with business units for pilot groups, deployment windows, and change communications.<br />
Document procedural run books and contribute to standard operating procedures.<br />
<br />
Skills and Qualifications<br />
3+ years in End User Computing / Workplace / Endpoint Engineering roles.<br />
<br />
Hands-on proficiency with MECM (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune for OS deployment, app distribution, compliance/policy management, and reporting.<br />
Experience with ServiceNow (incidents, changes, Knowledgebase article authoring/maintenance).<br />
Proficient experience in Windows 10/11 and MacOS support.<br />
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting status to management and directors.<br />
Strong organization and multitasking: able to prioritize, follow through, and meet deadlines across multiple workstreams.<br />
Adept at data extraction and manipulation to analyze and report across multiple sources.<br />
Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.<br />

Preferred)<br /> <br />
Solid understanding of Active Directory, GPO, Azure AD.<br />
PowerShell for endpoint automation, reporting, and remediation.<br />
Autopilot, co-management (MECM + Intune), and WinRE/MDT/OSD experience.<br />
Practical knowledge of Canon uniFLOW and Lexmark MarkVision (or equivalent enterprise print management tooling).<br />
Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, change, problem) and SLA-driven operations.<br />
Knowledge of print server administration, printer driver packaging, and secure print workflows.<br />
Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), jamf, ITIL 4 Foundation, vendor print certifications, or equivalent.<br />
