Job Description

Leads the development of a row set with multiple trim codes and/or lower scope program. Able to use basic engineering practices to develop and implement solutions that meet the craftsmanship expectation and cost objectives of the program. Provides complete seat and foam engineering input/direction to achieve flawless seat appearance and craftsmanship. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 Years suggested minimum experience.
