Job Description
At Astek, we are looking for a Senior Backend Java Developer to collaborate with one of our global partners in the travel / aeronautical sector, a leading international company with operations worldwide and a strong technological focus. You will join an international team working on high-scale, business-critical systems, contributing to modern backend architectures used globally.
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services using microservices architecture. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Spring / Spring Boot. Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerized environments (Docker / Kubernetes). Contribute to architecture, performance, scalability, and reliability discussions.
Strong experience with Java (11, ideally 17/ 21). Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot. Experience working with cloud environments (Azure preferred, but not mandatory). Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift experience is a plus, not required). Experience wi...
