El/la Ingeniero/a de Implementación L3 provee soporte técnico a nuestros clientes. Esto incluye asistencia remota a clientes dentro de los acuerdos a nivel de servicio (SLA) instalar y configurar software y hardware, resolver incidentes, realizar análisis de causa raíz y adherirse a cualquier proceso relacionado con la gestion de cambios.
