Ink Manufacturing Engineering

As an Inkjet Ink Manufacturing Engineer in our Singapore Tuas Ink Plant, you will:

• Acquire in-depth knowledge on ink products, ink formulations, ink manufacturing processes and equipment to create world class inkjet inks.
• Establish installation and equipment validation plans to meet new ink manufacturing processes which may include mixing tanks, milling equipment, ink transport systems, filtration, ion exchange treatment, ink filling, packaging and ink plant instrumentation.
• Work closely with other team members (ink chemist, process and product engineers) on ink product qualifications and approvals as pre-requisite for Manufacturing Release.
• Lead the maintenance team to develop effective equipment maintenance programs, characterization studies, design changes and calibration strategies to meet ISO9000 requirements
