Job Description

• An experience professional with hands-on background in semiconductor manufacturing in fields like thermal system, advanced packaging, wafer level and final testing, test equipment and tooling.
• New product design and/or improvision to meet customer requirements or to solve a technology or process problem.  Realization is achieved through integration of multiple disciplines of knowhow.
• Support Institutionalization of innovation process from ideation to commercialization with cadences of reviews and reports required to make product innovation structured and progress traceable.
• Continuously identify to create product-to-market and new application opportunities by keeping abreast of market trends and development and customer roadmaps. This requires working on business case, financial, and business viability.
