Innovation & Development Assistant

About the role:
Conduct research to understand trends, consumer preferences, and new technologies in the dietary supplements sector.
Assist in creating and formulating new products, considering nutritional value, safety, and compliance.
Support innovation initiatives to enhance existing products or explore novel delivery systems.
Contribute ideas to improve the product portfolio and meet consumer demands.
Participate in product testing, sensory evaluations, and quality assurance checks.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Keep detailed records of formulations, tests, and project developments for documentation purposes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in food science, nutrition, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related areas;
