Position Summary

As an “Innovation Insight Manager” , you will lead the consumer learning plan at Nespresso HQ for innovation projects across our B2C and B2B product lines, including coffees, machines, accessories, and more. Your role will ensure that impactful innovations are effectively brought to consumers worldwide, resulting in highly desirable, differentiated, and viable propositions.

A Day in the Life of an Innovation Insight Manager

  • Serve as a strategic partner for the innovation product marketing and R&D teams, ensuring consumer insights are integrated into their innovation journey and heard by cross-functional teams
