The primary responsibility of this role is the management, usage, and support of the equipment inside TILT lab, including preparation of daily team plans / job tracking, providing technician coaching, fostering good communications and problem-solving, support kaizens, ensure team safety, and standardized work adherence as well as supporting TILT lab daily activities. Reporting to the TILT Manager, the person in this role will be responsible for sustaining the TILT environment to enable engineers across PE for its usage. Create and complete TILT work orders. Identify time, material, and machine for project completion. Constant learning of new technologies and tools. Identify kaizen opportunities for the TILT lab in processes and equipment.
