As a Manager, Innovation at Shipt you will play a critical role in accelerating Shipt’s ability to identify, validate, and scale new business opportunities. This position exists to bring structure, creativity, and analytical rigor to Shipt’s innovation pipeline—ensuring that strategic opportunities are evaluated with clear hypotheses, disciplined experimentation, and data-driven insights.

Acting as a cross-functional catalyst, this role partners closely with senior leaders, product, engineering, marketing, operations, and other business teams to design and run experiments that de-risk decisions and unlock new growth. The Manager, Innovation leads the end-to-end innovation process—from opportunity discovery through validated concepts—and influences enterprise-level strategy by informing which ideas move forward, evolve, or sunset.
