Overview
This Global Import & Export Innovation Manager role will be embedded in the new Global Import/Export Team under the New Revenue Streams business and will focus on commercializing import innovation into global anchor markets. The primary goal of this role is to unlock the true power of our advantaged Global Foods portfolio to win with under-served consumers across diverse occasions with products sourced efficiently from around the world.
As the primary interface with global consumer cohorts, you will work together to identify and synthesize common, unmet consumer needs with the business development team. Then, you will help identify advantaged portfolio solutions that will be unlocked with agile, end to end Commercialization support and manage appropriate governance forums.
