Job Title: Innovation Manager

Role Purpose
The Innovation Manager is responsible for driving new ideas, emerging technologies, and business models that create competitive advantage. The role identifies opportunities, converts ideas into viable solutions, and accelerates innovation from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Innovation Strategy
- Develop and execute the organization’s innovation roadmap aligned with business goals
- Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and disruptive business models
- Build a structured innovation pipeline (ideas → POC → pilot → scale)
Ideation & Program Management
- Run innovation programs such as hackathons, idea challenges, and incubators
- Build and manage a portfolio of innovation initiatives
- Prioritize ideas based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic impact
Technology & Market Scouting
- Track emerging technologies ( Intelligent Operations, AIops, ITSM, AI, automation, cloud, data, etc.)
- Identify opportunities for new products, services, and revenue streams
- Evaluate start-ups, vendors, and partnership opportunities
Business Case & Delivery
- Build business cases, financial models, and go-to-market strategies
- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), MVPs, and pilot programs
- Work with engineering, product, and operations to scale innovations
Stakeholder & Culture Enablement
- Work with leadership to embed innovation culture
- Coach teams on design thinking, lean start-up, and agile experimentation
- Present progress, metrics, and ROI to senior leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- 8–15+ years of experience in:
- Digital transformation
- AI/Automation
- Platform or product innovation
- Experience delivering PoCs and scaling digital solutions in enterprise environments
