Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Innovation Manager to lead end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client . This role sits within a high-performance Innovation PMO environment driving fast-paced product, packaging, and market-launch programs from concept to execution. We are also open to experience in IT Domain .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end product & packaging innovation projects
- Facilitate project kick-offs, status reviews, and governance meetings
- Monitor milestones, risks, delays, and project accelerations
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
- Coordinate with cross-functional and international teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation & reporting
- Conduct lessons-learned reviews to strengthen future delivery
- Mentor project managers & coordinators and share best practices
