Job Title: Instructional Designer

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design and develop innovative training content for Passenger Portfolio solutions.

  • Design and develop scalable training solutions, including eLearning, ILT/VILT, tutorials, simulations, and job aids.
  • Collaborate with product managers, solution specialists, and SMEs to gather training requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in instructional design within technology or SaaS environments. They should also possess strong expertise in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems like Moodle or Cornerstone is a plus.
