Job Description

We are seeking a
board-certified or board-eligible Inpatient Psychiatry Physician to join a
dynamic and collaborative academic department at a leading medical institution
in Boston, Massachusetts. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday
schedule with no overnight or weekend call and provides the opportunity to work
in a multidisciplinary setting that values patient-centered care, education,
and innovation.

Position Highlights:

  • Provide high-quality
    inpatient psychiatric care to adult patients within an academic medical center
  • Collaborate with a skilled
    team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and trainees
  • Participate in the
    supervision and education of medical students, residents, and other learners
  • Engage in academic
    activities including teaching, curriculum development, and scholarly work

    • Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited
    medical school
  • Board-certified or
    board-eligible in Psychiatry
  • Eligible for medical
    licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Commitment to clinical
    excellence, education, and team-based care
  • Previous academic or
    teaching experience preferred, but not required
