Ayvens México City is looking for an Inplant, based in Monterrey, to serve as the on-site liaison between Ayvens and the client, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient vehicle management, and consistent compliance with service-level agreements.
Overview
Provides operational assistance to the account management team to ensure efficient handling of client accounts. Coordinates communication between account managers and internal teams, supports follow-up actions for account management activities, and monitors account activities while assisting in tracking KPIs.
The role does require attention to details, organizational skills, ability to follow processes and meet deadlines, and the ability to work collaboratively.
