Inshort- ( Graphic & Video Designer) 
We're looking for a talented Graphic & Video Designer to join our team and help create

engaging, high-impact creatives for Inshorts Group Apps. The candidate should be

proficient in reading, writing and speaking Hindi.

Responsibilities

● Taking design briefs to understand requirements

● Create ad graphics and videos for user acquisition campaigns.

● Design high-quality creatives with great attention to detail and in line with the brand

guidelines

● Manage timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery of assigned tasks

● Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and

incorporating their feedback into the final design

Skills/Qualification

● In-depth knowledge of typography, colour, space, iconography, patterns, layouts,

visual hierarchy and imagery

● Working knowledge of Adobe After effects (must), Photoshop (must), Illustrator

(plus), Figma (plus)

● Self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment

● Deadline-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks at a time

● Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the graphic design field
