Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a full time Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers to translate product requirements into elegant, user-centric experiences — from flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces. You'll also help define and maintain a scalable design system.

What You'll Do

● Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes

● Create High-fidelity, production-ready UI designs using Figma with reusable components and variables

● Collaborate cross-functionally to understand product goals and user needs

● Own and evolve the design system across multiple products

● Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and platform guideline compliance (Google/Apple)

● Translate product requirements and specs into intuitive design solutions

● Participate in user feedback loops, design critiques, and iteration cycles

● Document and communicate design decisions effectively

What You Should Have

● 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a product team

● Deep understanding of UX principles, design patterns, and heuristics

● Expert in Figma (auto layout, components, variants, libraries)

● Experience building and managing design systems

● Ability to generate multiple design approaches and validate them

● Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

● Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), usability testing

● Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Dev Mode in Figma, AI for design and Framer

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in designing intuitive, visually engaging digital products—degree optional

● Compelling portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX capabilities and a user-focused design approach
