Job Description

The Inside Account Manager – CR will be responsible for building long-term, high-performing relationships with partners, leveraging interpersonal skills, prospecting abilities, and data analysis to provide recommendations that drive business growth for Sony’s products and services. You will be responsible for conducting daily outbound sales calls to sell Sony’s products and services to a book of accounts of potential customers (businesses and/or end users) to achieve sales quotas. You will also leveraging strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues, align the right stakeholders and drive to resolution, as well as managing a clean pipeline where all relevant information is up to date in Salesforce and other pipeline management tools.
