Overview:

The Inside Account Representative plays a crucial role within the sales organization at Shyft Global Services-TD Synnex. This position focuses on delivering results and providing exceptional customer service to our partners by managing essential processes to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals. An Inside Account Representative will work with a book of accounts, owning daily contact and proactively driving revenue and profitability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand basic terminology and concepts associated with account management.
  • Generate opportunities through outbound calling to assigned customer territory and potential new customer targets.
  • Possess the ability to maintain focus and productivity particularly during periods of high workload and tight deadlines
