Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Inside & field sales activities, expanding business reach, and managing strategic client relationships. The role requires hands-on market engagement and close collaboration with senior stakeholders to achieve sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop new business and alliance opportunities
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client and partner relationships
Drive lead generation through field visits and market mapping
Conduct regular in-person meetings across the assigned territory
Assist leadership in negotiations, proposals, and deal closures
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
2–3+ years of experience in field sales, relationship management, or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
