What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services in Egypt Market while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

You will:

  • Work with customers and partners in Egypt to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities
  • Be responsible for various sized accounts
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers and partners
  • Use in-depth knowledge of company technology, products and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners
  • Essential Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the full range of DELL Technologies products and services
  • Around 5 years’ experience in relationship selling role
  • Full proficiency in Arabic and English language
  • Ability to identify how Dell’s products and services align to customer needs
  • Ability to provide coaching to peers to improve performance
