Job Description

The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for generating, managing, closing, and following up on commercial relationships with assigned clients through non-face-to-face channels, primarily phone calls (cold calling). The main objective is to ensure order intake, foster account growth, and actively contribute to the department's sales strategies and overall company growth through proactive and continuous client engagement.
Key Responsibilities~
Business Development~
Establish and maintain new advertisers through active prospecting (calls, emails, video calls).
Generate new sales opportunities and build a strong portfolio of corporate prospects.
Identify client needs and apply consultative selling practices to close deals.
Account Management~
