Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fintech, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through various sales channels.
- Present and demonstrate Prosperr.io’s products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Perform effectively in a high-frequency sales environment with quick turnaround cycles.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain technical products and solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in closing deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
