Inside Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a full-time permanent Inside Sales Associate to join our Client & Product Solutions team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and supporting the advisor sales team. Reporting directly to the Director of Retail Distribution, you will engage in proactive outreach, develop strategic sales campaigns, and secure future meetings to expand client relationships. Your role involves delivering exceptional service and product support while understanding client needs to enhance partnerships.

New Business Development

• Proactively makes sales and business development calls to generate new opportunities.
• Develops strategies to meet weekly sales targets.
• Plans, executes, and evaluates sales campaigns by territory and dealer.
• Engages advisors, secures meetings, and provides timely updates.
