Inside Sales

JOB FUNCTION:

·       Quotations / Technical Specs

·       Gather technical information from Product Managers

·       Get pricing from Sales Directors

·       Confirm deliveries from Manufacturing

·       Prepare Quotation or Technical Spec in approved format

·       Distribute quote to Customer, Key Account Manager, Agents and Management

·       Update Proposal Log after quote is made

·       Follow-up on Quote or Technical Spec status

Order Entry

·       Review PO with Account Manager for variances between order and actual customer requirements

·       Enter order into ERP system

·       Forward order cards to Product Manager for review and approval

·       Send order cards to production

·       Produce order confirmation

·       Distribute order confirmation to Customer, Key Account Manager, Agents and Management

Follow Up Orders

·       Get the L/C's, monitor sh...
