Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales professional, based in Burlington, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating leads, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Carbon & Stainless Pipe Tube & Bar Distribution.
• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth and secure new opportunities
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
