Your freight forwarding industry experience is combined with a strong attention to detail make you excellent at what you do.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the SOP liaison between Sales, Operations, and Implementation teams to ensure alignment and process consistency

· Act as CRM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), providing system support and guidance to all sales representatives
