Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative supports and grows existing B2B customer accounts by delivering responsive service, accurate pricing, and solutions that align with customer needs and long-term partnership goals. This role works closely with Outside Sales, branch teams, manufacturing, and supply chain to manage day-to-day sales activity, support contract and project pricing, and ensure customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages pricing structures and other account details in Salesforce in alignment with assigned customer accounts, volume commitments, margin objectives, and operating income goals.
