Job Description

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will become the central link between customers, the sales team, and internal technical departments. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing and processing customer orders from A to Z

  • Preparing quotations and ensuring correct follow‑up

  • Coordinating with logistics, planning, and technical teams to guarantee smooth deliveries

  • Handling customer inquiries by phone and email

  • Updating product information, pricing, and customer data in the system

  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting

  • Ensuring documentation, contracts, and files are always accurate and up to date
