Job Description
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will become the central link between customers, the sales team, and internal technical departments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing customer orders from A to Z
- Preparing quotations and ensuring correct follow‑up
- Coordinating with logistics, planning, and technical teams to guarantee smooth deliveries
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
- Updating product information, pricing, and customer data in the system
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensuring documentation, contracts, and files are always accurate and up to date
