Job Summary
Supports the customer-facing sales force throughout the sales rhythm, from lead generation to order close. Operates under supervision while following clearly defined and well-documented procedures. The role focuses on responding to incoming customer enquiries, supporting sales operations, assisting with quotations, order processing, reporting, and contributing to customer engagement activities, including BTL activities and new product promotions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Responds to incoming electronic customer enquiries (e.g., emails, online forms) and escalates to a more experienced Inside Sales Coordinator when required.
