Inside Sales Coordinator

Job Scope

Sales Inquiry & Quotation Management

• Receive, review, and qualify customer sales enquiries and technical queries related to offshore products (e.g., rigging and consumables).
• Prepare accurate and timely technical and commercial quotations.

Order Processing

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing from receipt of Purchase Orders (POs) through invoicing and final delivery.

Technical Support & Internal Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments including engineering, production, warehouse, service, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and certification requirements.

Logistics & Documentation

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners to manage import/export shipping documentation.
