We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our commercial team. The incumbent will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, primarily via phone, email, and digital communication channels. This role requires strong business acumen, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: INR 700000 - 1000000

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers using databases, online research, and industry platforms
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists across pharma and healthcare segments
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and digital channels
  • Initiate first-level conversations and clearly communicate Omnicuris' value proposition
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Ensure effective handover of qualified leads with clear context and notes
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track follow-ups, and manage engagement status
  • Share regular activity, pipeline, and conversion reports
  • Collaborate closely with field sales to align on target accounts and improve messaging and meeting quality

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound SDR, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, prospect research, and B2B lead generation
  • Strong communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and consistently generate qualified pipeline
  • Familiarity with pharma, healthcare, marketing/advertising services, or SaaS sales preferred
  • Graduate in any discipline
