Role Title: Product Demo Specialist (Inside Sales)

Role Vertical: Sales and Marketing

Years of Experience: 2-5 years

Base Location: Noida

Preferred Industry: CPaaS & Conversational AI Chatbots

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
MBA is a plus.


** Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role. Candidates with strong presentation and client-handling abilities will be given preference.**

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Demonstration & Solution Consulting

  • Conduct engaging virtual product demos for SME and mid-market clients.
  • Understand client business processes and recommend suitable product configurations.
  • Customize demo flows based on industry use cases and client needs.
  • Act as a product expert during sales discussions and technical evaluations.


2. Pre-Sales Support to Sales Team

  • Support inside and field sales teams during discovery and solution discussions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
  • Address functional queries and coordinate with product/tech teams when needed.


3. Lead Engagement & Qualification

  • Engage with qualified leads to understand requirements before demos.
  • Identify key stakeholders and map business challenges to product benefits.
  • Provide feedback to sales teams on deal readiness and client expectations.


4. CRM, Reporting & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of demo schedules, client feedback, and outcomes.
  • Track demo-to-conversion ratios and provide insights for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly reports on demo performance and opportunity status.


5. Post-Demo & Onboarding Support

  • Support initial onboarding by guiding clients on basic product usage.
  • Coordinate with customer success for smooth handover after deal closure.
  • Assist in resolving early-stage adoption issues to improve client satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field;
    MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in client interactions.
  • Good understanding of SaaS / CPaaS / AI-based platforms (training will be provided).
  • Ability to understand business problems and explain technical solutions simply.
  • Comfortable with virtual meeting tools and demo environments.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
