Key Responsibilities

• Support Outside Sales Engineers in managing customer accounts and sales activities
• Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and respond to technical/commercial queries
• Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and customer data in ERP/CRM systems
• Develop competitive pricing while optimizing margins
• Assist in tracking offers and supporting customer retention activities
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
• Generate reports for internal teams and management
