Sales Engineer Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer with expertise in CNC processes and a strong history of success in selling precision machined parts or machine time. This role combines technical knowledge with exceptional relationship-building abilities to grow and support our customer base, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding and addressing their current and future service needs.

  • Provide detailed technical and engineering insights about products, services, and equipment, responding to inquiries from diverse stakeholders.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by developing strategic sales plans and maintaining a proactive sales call schedule.

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates by reviewing blueprints, plans, and customer documentation, consulting with engineers and technical teams as needed.

  • Analyze and recommend process or material improvements to enhance customer operations and optimize cost-benefit ratios.

  • Collaborate with technical support staff to process orders, manage engineering changes, and ensure accurate costing.

  • Support customer growth by delivering technical information, training, and on-site assistance to maximize the value and effectiveness of our products.

  • Develop and present comprehensive sales engineering reports summarizing sales activities, industry trends, and application insights.

  • Stay at the forefront of industry developments through workshops, publications, and professional networking.

  • Contribute strategically to team success by addressing challenges and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
