We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage B2C sales through
outbound calling for multiple events and programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent
communication skills, a deep understanding of product features, and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in converting leads, describing product offerings
effectively, and ensuring a superior customer experience across diverse campaigns.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in B2C inside sales, preferably with outbound calling and multi-campaign
management
● Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
● Good understanding on the Sales process
● Ability to clearly articulate product features and tailor messaging to different customer
segments
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
● Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities
● Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products,
events, and programs
● Clearly and persuasively describe product features, benefits, and unique selling points to
customers
● Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions and offerings
● Manage calling campaigns for multiple events and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely
follow-ups and lead conversions
● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM
system
● Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and
customer satisfaction
● Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
● Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, ensuring a positive brand
experience
● Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to share best practices and
strategies
